Welcome to the bell jar, lass or lad. The city is notorious for its quite manic state, with its citizens seemingly so elevated and light spirited that outsiders will almost instantly assume they are up on some sort of brew. The city has a wonderfully festive atmosphere though as it rests upon the coast, with most of its buildings being built beautifully in white brick, Earthly Victorian architecture flowing over the cobbled streets. The city is known for its bizarre policies and rulers, who are often frequently quite notorious.
